Florida Gov. Rick Scott renews voter purge now that Voting Rights Act is no longer in the way

Last year, when Gov. Rick Scott decided to purge alleged noncitizens from Florida's voter rolls, he generated a storm of opposition, including a number of lawsuits from advocacy groups.
