New Haven provides ambulance for African sister city

A group in New Haven has raised money to pay for a new ambulance for its sister city in the African nation of Sierra Leone. The city's ties to Sierra Leone go back hundreds of years to the revolt aboard the slave ship Amistad, which landed in Connecticut.
