DNR enforcement actions down under Scott Walker

The number of actions taken by the agency during the Republican governor's first term lag considerably those of the DNR under his Democrat predecessor, Jim Doyle. Enforcement activity by the state Department of Natural Resources during Republican Gov. Scott Walker's first term lagged substantially compared to agency action during the two terms of Jim Doyle, his Democratic predecessor.
