In January the U.S. Department of Justice notified a federal judge they planned to seek the death penalty in their case against Boston Marathon Bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, launching a complicated and rare legal process that could take years. Former Rhode Island U.S. Attorney Robert Corrente said the task for the 12 jurors - and six alternates - who will be impaneled for the trial is "an enormous responsibility."
