Shuster a 'great' representative of Franklin County

While it's been a few weeks, I find it necessary to respond to Mr. Richard Winslow's March 4 letter about not getting enough time to talk with U.S. Rep. Bill Shuster at his annual pancake breakfast at the Franklin Fire Hall in Chambersburg.
