Richard Martinez, father of slain Santa Barbara student, plans to meet killer's parents

The grieving dad said in an interview with the Daily News that politicians are 'spineless and craven' when it comes to ending gun violence: 'When is enough enough?' Martinez lost his son Christopher Michaels-Martinez, 20, in the May 23 shooting carried out by madman Elliot Rodger.
