Rally targets state's Medicaid policy

With the shiny copper Statehouse dome serving as their backdrop, around two dozen people held signs and American flags as they protested the Medicaid and health care policies of Gov. Sam Brownback on Saturday morning along the 200 block of S.W. 10th.
