Appellate court rejects convicted terrorist Aldawsari rehearing bid

A New Orleans-based federal appellate court on Friday, March 28, rejected a request from convicted terrorist Khalid Ali-M Aldawsari for a rehearing on the appeal of his conviction and sentence for attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction.
