Guest commentary: Congress must choose a responsible path on Iran deal

A Bay Area member of Congress once described their vote on the Iraq War to me as an "out-of-body experience." This was several years after that fateful vote, and they were describing how the post-9/11 political atmosphere pushed them into voting against deeply held instincts.
