POMONA >> President Barack Obama's recent announcement that he would move forward with an executive action that would provide some immigration relief for about 4 million undocumented immigrants was welcome news to Juan Rojas. But before getting too excited, Rojas and his wife want to make sure he qualifies for the president's immigration program.
