Justices seeing red over case of missing grouper

A government lawyer was explaining to the Supreme Court Wednesday why a Florida fisherman deserved to be prosecuted for destroying evidence after he tossed undersized fish overboard and engaged in a "convoluted cover-up scheme." Therein lies the dilemma facing the court as it seeks to determine whether a law enacted to crack down on white-collar crime -- specifically document-shredding -- was used correctly in the case of 72 disappearing red grouper.
