A father and daughter were getting in a morning bike ride Sunday when they heard a sound of a crying baby coming from a storm drain by the bike trail. So the bicyclists and others hoisted the slab off the drain and saw a newborn boy almost 8 feet below, "We felt sick," Hayley Otte told CNN affiliate Seven Network .
