Testimony began yesterday in the trial of Richard McTear. McTear is charged first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse and other offenses in the death of his girlfriend's child, Emanuel Murray Jr. Jasmine Bedwell, the child's mother took the stand, and this is the second time.
