Okla. House, Senate override reading bill veto

A bill that makes it easier for Oklahoma third-graders to advance to fourth grade even if they can't demonstrate basic reading skills became law despite Gov. Mary Fallin's veto after the Republican-controlled House and Senate voted Wednesday for an override.
