Judge Allows Rep. John Conyers Back on Primary Ballot

Just hours after Michigan's Republican secretary of state ruled Rep. John Conyers didn't turn in enough valid signatures to make the August primary, a federal district court judge allowed the 85-year-old Democrat back on the ballot Friday.
