Immigration detainer changes spread across Oregon: 23 counties have modified their policies so far

Sheriff's officials across Oregon began updating their immigration detainer policies after a federal judge ruled that Clackamas County had violated one woman's constitutional rights by holding her for ICE officials without probable cause.
