Fallin Issues Stay, Says Oklahoma Court Went Too Far

Governor Mary Fallin has granted an Oklahoma death-row inmate a one-week stay of execution, saying the Oklahoma Supreme Court overstepped its authority when it issued a separate stay of execution on Monday.
