Countries should pay us for uninsured immigrants

With Americans now $17 trillion in debt, it is time for President Obama and U.S. legislators to pass a law that says that the healthcare system will provide treatment to all migrants, illegal immigrants and noncitizens as long as the countries they come from pay U.S. healthcare facilities for the care.
