In FTC v. Phoebe Putney Health System, Inc .,133 S.Ct. 1003 , the Court reversed the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that the state action immunity to antitrust laws applied to a Georgia law authorizing hospital authorities to participate in the hospital services market and exercise corporate powers.
