Reprieve: Obama Must Close Guant namo and End Illegal Drone Strikes

January 29 - President Obama's State of the Union address last night obscured that fact that he has both the power to close Guantnamo Bay and a duty to do so as soon as possible, legal charity Reprieve has said.
