Mass. pols send letter opposing Seabrook relicensing

Massachusetts' U.S. senators and six of its 11 U.S. representatives sent a letter Wednesday to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission recommending the Seabrook station power plant not be relicensed until it proves it has addressed concrete degradation found at the plant.
