Ind. appeals FEMA ruling, expands request for help

Gov. Mike Pence sent a letter to President Barack Obama on Monday urging the Federal Emergency Management Agency to declare Boone, Daviess, Fountain, Grant, Howard and Tippecanoe counties eligible for Individual Assistance Programs.
