Obama meets with McCain, urges him to back Syria plans

U.S. President Barack Obama turned to a onetime foe and sometime friend on Monday to help sell an American military strike on Syria, calling on John McCain to help sell his plan to Congress as the senator warned that failing to act against the Syrian regime would be "catastrophic."
