Nkenge Harmon Johnson, former Kitzhaber press secretary, named CEO of Urban League of Portland

Attorney Nkenge Harmon Johnson is the new chief executive officer of the Urban League of Portland , the nonprofit's board announced Wednesday. Harmon Johnson will be the fourth female CEO of Portland's Urban League, an African-American civil service group that offers community health, workforce and youth programs.
