Beech-Nut Nutrition is recalling 1,900 pounds of baby food products due to a serious potential health hazard of tiny shards of glass in their jars. The U.S. Department of Food Safety & Inspection Service announced the recall, which affects 4-ounce glass jars labeled "Stage 2 Beech-Nut CLASSICS sweet potato & chicken" that expire Dec 2016.
