Letter: No clout from Landrieu

Landrieu has made her chairmanship the centerpiece of her re-election campaign. However, with President Obama setting the agenda and Majority Leader Harry Reid controlling the Senate, it's clear Landrieu does not have the clout to deliver on her many promises.
