Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin suggested that House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi cares more about illegal immigrant children than the unborn in the United States after Pelosi went to the U.S.-Mexico border on Saturday and said America should view the border crisis as a "humanitarian opportunity."
