Arizona Congressman Ed Pastor, a Democrat, says will retire

Arizona Congressman Ed Pastor, a Democrat who became the first Hispanic from Arizona elected to the U.S. Congress and represents most of metropolitan Phoenix, will retire at the end of this term, his office said on Thursday.
