Court hears appeal in terror-related custody dispute

A federal appeals court in Virginia is considering whether to revive a parental rights lawsuit by a radical Muslim convert serving a 25-year prison sentence for supporting terrorism. A three-judge panel of the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals heard arguments in Zachary Chesser 's case Thursday.
